I have a technical issue with my account which isn't covered here, where can I contact Rockifi directly?

We are a new app, so there are always going to be a few issue with some devices that our development team don't test on, so if you have any issues that are preventing you from enjoying Rockifi that are not covered in this knowledge base please contact us using the 'Submit a ticket' link in the right had column. Important to note - if you want a full reply to help us identity the issue provide us with the following -

  • Device you are using
  • Model of device (so we know how old it is)
  • Browser you are using
  • Version of the browser (is it completely up to date)
  • Issue described in as much detail as possible
Without the above details our development team won't be able to help, so please help us to help you!
